And for 94 years the Troigros family has been carefully tending everything, from the provenance of each ingredient, to their endless creative culinary endeavour, to the temperature of the water.
WINHANGANHA (Wiradjuri language: Remember, know, think) is a lyrical journey of archival footage and sound, poetry and original composition, told through the lens of acclaimed Wiradjuri artist, Jazz Money. Commissioned by the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia.

A central talent in both the Bad Seeds of Nick Cave fame, and Dirty Three, Ellis is also the genius behind dozens of the most evocative film music of the century, with credits including The Proposition, The New Boy, and 20,000 Days on Earth.
