Festival Passes
The Festival is best experienced by purchasing one of two passes. Holding a Festival Gold Pass means you can avoid queuing for tickets, access all areas and attend gala events. A Gold Weekend Pass is for the weekend, beginning Friday 26th August at 5pm until the close of the Festival.
Gold Pass
Immerse yourself all the glamour and spectacle of this five-day festival, safe in the knowledge that the films, parties, filmmakers and actors will deliver a CinéfestOZ experience you will never forget. Gold Pass highlights include:
- Opening Night Cocktail Party 24th August – red carpet event with fine food, wine, ales and entertainment. Choice of Australian or French film WA Premiere screening– with Q & A with filmmaker and stars.
- WA Film Premieres’ – Thursday (charity screening – Tenderfeet) and Friday night with red carpet events including pre-screening drinks and nibbles and Q & A with filmmakers and stars.
- Directors’ Lunch at a South West Winery – fine food, wine and entertainment. A chance to mingle with the stars in a relaxed setting and engage in a lively discussion facilitated by CinefestOZ.
- WA Premiere of “Eye of the Storm” with a red carpet event, film screening and followed by a Gala Dinner at The Goose Restaurant, Busselton. The Dinner will feature fine food, wines and ales in a stunning beachside location with entertainment.
- Priority access to all general film screenings

Gold Weekend Pass
Your weekend of film festival indulgences begins on Friday night with a swathe of outstanding films, including at least two Western Australian premieres. Access all screenings over the weekend and all premiere events and functions. Gold Weekend Pass (from 5pm, Friday, 26 August to late Sunday, 28 August) highlights include:
- WA Film Premiere – Friday night with red carpet event including pre-screening drinks and nibbles and Q & A with filmmakers and stars.
- WA Premiere – on Saturday 27th in the afternoon with entertainment and Q & A with filmmaker and stars
- Priority access to all general film screenings
- WA Premiere of “Eye of the Storm” with a red carpet event, film screening and followed by a Gala Dinner at The Goose Restaurant, Busselton. The Dinner will feature fine food, wines and ales in a stunning beachside location with entertainment.
