SHUTTLE BUS

CinefestOZ will be bringing back a shuttle bus service to help you get to and from our festival venues more easily! Whether you’re catching a screening, attending a Q&A, or joining one of our special events, the CinefestOZ Shuttle will make getting around more convenient than ever.

LOGIN TO YOUR TICKET ACCOUNT: Click on the person icon in the top right of the screen, or CLICK HERE. Enter your email address and click continue. Enter your password and click log in.

USING CODES

DISCOUNT CODES

Find the session you wish to attend. In the pricing section you’ll see the heading “Code”. Enter your discount code and click validate. You will then see the discounted ticket prices and can add them to your cart. Repeat for all sessions you’d like to attend. Then Checkout!  

GIFT VOUCHER CODES

Find the session you wish to attend, add them to your cart and go to the checkout section. In the pricing section you’ll see the heading “Code”. Enter your gift voucher code and click validate. You will then see the amended total and can complete your purchase.

Find the session you wish to attend. In the pricing section you’ll see the heading “Code”. Enter your 7-digit Cinepass number and click validate. You can then add $0.00 tickets to your cart. Repeat for all sessions you’d like to attend. Then complete the purchase and checkout. Don’t forget to bring your pass and ID with you on the day. 

FAQS MULTI 8 CINEPASS

What is the Multi 8 Cinepass? The Multi 8 Cinepass offers flexible access to multiple general film screenings during CinefestOZ, allowing you to create your own festival journey. You can use your included tickets across different sessions—or apply them all to a single film session for a group booking, making the most of the bundled value and built-in discount. 

Can I share the pass with someone else? Multi 8 Cinepasses are typically issued to an individual and are not transferable between people. Always check the terms when booking. 

Do I need to pre-book screenings with my Multi Cinepass? Yes, it’s highly recommended to pre-book your preferred sessions as screenings can sell out quickly. Use your pass to reserve tickets online or at the festival box office. Please visit the HOW TO GUIDE for instructions of how to redeem your tickets. 

Does the Multi 8 Cinepass include access to special events or premieres? No, the Multi Cinepass is valid for general film screenings only. Access to premieres, red carpet events, or special experiences requires a separate ticket or an upgraded pass like the Weekend Cinepass.

What does the Weekend Explorer Cinepass include? All iconic CinefestOZ Main events across Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon, check out the inclusions below. 
 
Special events:
  • 2 x Film Prize Premieres + After Parties
  • Jury Breakfast
  • 2 x In Conversation Events   
  • Film Prize Celebration Gala  
  • Unlimited general & short film screenings across Saturday & Sunday, redeemable online once the program is launched. These can be booked in advance to secure your preferred sessions, please refer to the USING PASSES section for instructions of how to redeem your tickets. 
 
Are all events catered for? Not all events are catered. The special events are catered. Full details will be available in the program and online once the program is launched. 
 
Are buses and travel included? Yes, we provide a shuttle bus service to & from our main events on Friday & Saturday evening. Timetables will be confirmed closer to the festival. 
 
How do I collect my Cinepass? Once purchased, you will receive instructions on how to collect at the commencement of the festival.

Which events are included in the Access All Areas Cinepass? All iconic CinefestOZ events across the entire 9 day festival. Along with inclusion of our Industry Keynote Speakers. PLUS, unlimited general screenings and short film sets, simply scan your Cinepass at the door to gain entry! *

  • Access to exclusive VIP events
  • Unlimited general & short film screenings across Saturday & Sunday, redeemable online once the program is launched. These can be booked in advance to secure your preferred sessions, please refer to the USING PASSES section for instructions of how to redeem your tickets. 
 
* Your key events will be populated in your wallet once our early program is announced in July. However, you may still need to reserve your seat for some sessions to guarantee entry – especially for high-demand general screening events. Even though your pass gives you access, seating may be limited at smaller venues.
 
What is the value of buying the Access All Areas Cinepass?  This Cinepass offers incredible value for passionate film lovers who want the full CinefestOZ experience. It’s a premium, flexible way to immerse yourself in the festival – from red carpet galas to exclusive screenings and special events. Buying each ticket individually would cost over $1,600, making the Cinepass not only your all-access key but a seriously smart investment.  
 
Are buses and travel included? Yes, we provide bus transfers to film prize and VIP events, such as our exclusive Forester wine tasting in the heart of Yallingup. Timetables will be confirmed closer to the festival.
 
Are Industry sessions included? Yes, absolutely, this includes all the Industry keynote sessions. 
 
Do I have reserved seating?  As in previous years, we do not have reserved seating at venues. We suggest you arrive to events early to find your seats.
 
Can I share my pass with someone else?  No, it is non-transferable and tied to you.

Is this pass suitable for someone new to film festivals? Yes, absolutely! Especially if you want the full experience. It’s great for film lovers, students, creatives, or anyone who wants to dive into the festival from all angles.
 
Do I need to reserve a ticket for each event/film? No, you can just show up and gain entry using your Cinepass. Your key events will be populated in your wallet once our early program is announced in July. However, you may still need to reserve your seat for some sessions to guarantee entry—especially for high-demand general screening events. Even though your pass gives you access, seating may be limited at smaller venues. 
 
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?  Typically, passes are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or circumstances have significantly changed. Please check CinefestOZ’s official Ticketing Terms and Conditions to be sure.   
 
How is this different to the Platinum Pass? There are a limited number available, it includes more events and is easier to use. CinefestOZ no longer offers a Platinum Pass.
