A legacy gift, or bequest, is a donation made through your will to support a cause you care about. At CinefestOZ, a legacy gift ensures CinefestOZ continues to inspire and educate through the medium of film.
Your gift to CinefestOZ will go where it’s needed most. We promise to maximise your gift’s impact, ensuring it touches as many lives as possible.
Gifts of over $10,000 are publicly acknowledged by CinefestOZ (we will not disclose the amount) in perpetuity. You can also choose to keep your support anonymous if you wish.
And if you ever change your mind about your gift, we’ll respect that decision too.
Your gift will support the growth of CinefestOZ, our community outreach, and education programs, helping to ensure that Australian film continues to enrich lives across regional WA and beyond, for many years to come.
According to what suits your personal situation and preferences, the following wording can be used when creating your will.
“I give and bequeath to CinefestOZ Film Festival, PO Box 5185, West Busselton, 6280, ABN 17 752 810 241:
- a) all of my residuary estate OR
- b) ____% of my residuary estate OR
- c) the sum of $____ to be used for the general purposes of the company at the discretion of the CEO and the board of directors”.
