CinefestOZ Film Festival is passionate to ensure equal opportunities and access for our whole community. CinefestOZ strives to champion film industry professionals from diverse backgrounds and abilities and is dedicated to creating the best possible experience for all visitors.
The information on this page is provided for attending filmmakers, creatives community members with accessibility or cultural requirements.
CinefestOZ Ticketing team can assist anyone who:
- Requires ticketing information
- Ticket booking assistance
- Booking close captioned sessions
- Requires specific accessibility information for each venue
- Requires extra assistance when at a venue, including avoiding waiting in queues and busy environments
- Has specific seating requirements
- Uses a mobility aid
- Requires a complimentary companion card ticket to attend a performance.
CineFriendly Sessions
Allows parents, carers and those seeking a more relaxed screening to enjoy the cinema experience. Attendees are welcome to move around the cinema with sound at a reduced level.
Companion Cards
A valid Companion Card or valid Companion Card Number must be produced at the time of the booking to gain access to the Companion Card Scheme offer. Details of use are contained on the Companion Card website. For bookings made online via the CinefestOZ website please email [email protected] with details of the tickets purchased to enable a Companion Card ticket to be issued for the same session/s.
