Ainslie Bourne, general manager, Communities and social performance, Rio Tinto Iron Ore.Ainslie joined Rio Tinto in February 2020. Ainslie leads a diverse team of communities and social performance practitioners across WA.Ainslie has more than 20 years of experience in the resources sector. She has extensive knowledge and experience across all aspects of social performance and sustainability. Ainslie also brings a passion for building partnerships, generating social benefits from resource activities and demonstrating respect and recognition through relationships.Ainslie was previously general manager, Corporate Affairs Operations and North West at Woodside. She has held senior positions at Woodside in the areas of communities and social performance, risk and compliance and human resources. Prior to Woodside, she worked for Transfield Worley and BHP.
