Producer – Hard As Puck

Chanel Bowen is a regional, disabled producer through her company Norfolk Pictures. Chanel’s debut feature documentary, Hard as Puck, is directed by Isaac Elliott (MaveriX, We Are Sexual Beings) and produced and shot by Noel Smyth (Gloriavale, Camino Skies). Chanel is in development for True Blue, a John Williamson documentary following the icon’s final tour. 
 
In 2022, Chanel was recognised as Screen Producers’ ‘One to Watch’ and was awarded the Australians in Film Internship 2022, expanding her producing experience with Animal Logic Entertainment and Truant Pictures in the USA. For 2026, Chanel is excited to be selected for the SBS Practitioners Program.
