Yael Stone

Yael is best known for her portrayal of Lorna Morello in global sensation Orange is the New Black for which she won 3 SAG awards.

Amongst numerous film credits the ACCA and FCCA recently recognised her work in The Correspondent and BLAZE  with nominations for Best Supporting Actress.

 

For TV, Yael most recently starred in One Night, Bay of Fires, Firebite, Picnic at Hanging Rock and Deep Water

 

Yael returned to the stage in 2025 with MTC’s Mother Play and previously has won 3 Sydney Theatre Awards, with nominations for two Helpmann Awards and a Green Room Award.
