Meredith Watson Jeffrey is an award-winning editor with 30 years experience working on both scripted and non-scripted projects.
She began her career in television drama working on popular Australian children’s series like Ship to Shore and The Sleepover Club in the 90’s. Moving to New York, she worked on episodic television, documentary and film. Credits include 101 Dalmatians and Doug’s 1st Movie for Disney, Headliners and Legends for MSNBC.
Meredith returned to Australia in 2002.Her credits include the critically acclaimed ABC mini-series The Shark Net and SBS series The Circuit. Feature films include Stone Bros., Blame, These Final Hours and surfing film Facing Monsters.
Her preferred genre however, is factual storytelling because of the creativity required in the edit suite. Her credits are varied including, Family Rules, Outback Truckers, Coronavirus Australia, Michael Mosley’s Health Series, Whale Super Highway & Ningaloo/Nyinggulu for ABC and Love Nature.
Having spent decades crafting stories in the edit room, Meredith is now Series Producing West Coast Cops, an observational documentary series for Prospero Productions to be aired on UKTV and Channel 9.
